    Roaster’s Notes
Surrounding the shores of Lake Tawar, in the mountains of northern Sumatra, the Gay people have been cultivating coffee for nearly a century. This region has long been recognized for their unmistakable flavor of coffee due to their distinct soil, climate and varietal - and mostly their traditional style of processing known as Giling Basah.
