Roaster’s Notes
This is a wet hulled and sun dried coffee from the villages near Takengon in the province of Aceh, located in northern Sumatra. This specific coffee comes from 517 smallholder farmers and members of the Sara Ate Cooperative. We tend to stick to similar coffees from this origin as we find they work well with our dark and light roast profiles. Tasting notes we find for the light roast are honey dew melon, black tea, with an earthy presence.
