    Roaster’s Notes
    This is a more subtle Tanzanian offering--there is still that juicy mouthfeel you can expect, but this has soft and floral lemon peel throughout the cup. Its sweetness is passionfruit both in aroma and flavor profile.Those who enjoyed Kiandu will enjoy the mouthfeel of Githongo attributed mainly to the double fermented process it undergoes.
