Sweet & Tart

Juicy and sweet, this one's not shy about its fruity acidity. Bright blackcurrant and lime acidity star in this cup, while raspberry sweetness holds everything together.

    Roaster’s Notes
Coffee from an astonishing 2,500 smallholder farmers at the Thiriku Co-op comes together into a clean, juicy cup. The mill, at 1,907 MASL, benefits from the cooler temperatures of the higher elevation. The beans are fermented overnight, washed in river water, and then dried in the Kenyan sun over two weeks.
