    Roaster’s Notes
This year’s washed Sipi Falls has crisp tangerine brightness and a fruity sweetness reminiscent of canteloupe or Peach-O candy, rounded out by a creamy, buttery mouthfeel. Last year was our first roasting coffee from Uganda's Chema Washing Station, and this lot, specifically from the village of Gamatui, is a more refined version of the coffee we fell for last year.
