We’re excited to have a washed offering from Ethiopia - these are coffees for coffee lovers, with complex flavors that we’d be hard pressed to find from any other origin. In brewing the Wolichu Wachu, we find aromas of jasmine, sweet citrus like Cara Cara orange, and a silky tactile experience as both an espresso and a filter coffee. If we sit with the coffee for long enough, we also notice flavors like peach rings and green tea.
