The legendary processing cooperative, Sookoo Coffee, strikes again with this fruity, clean natural. The cooperative is operated by Ture Waji, Eegata Alaga, and Fedhesa Wodessa, all members of the same extended family that have produced coffees in Guji for generations. For this lot, cherries were fermented for 15-21 days on raised beds. In addition to the jammy fruit you may expect from a natural, you can also expect a beautiful floral nuance.
