Yabitu Koba

Subtle & Delicate

Flavor notes like "jasmine" and "meyer lemon" might seem delicate, but this washed Ethiopia is full of intensely fresh flavor, like spring in a cup.

    Roaster’s Notes
Feku Jabril is one of three brothers producing coffee in this region, and his take on production and processing are impressive. He runs an extremely tight processing plant, resulting in coffees that are beautifully clean examples of the Ethiopian flavors that we’ve grown to love. This lot begins with an underwater fermentation for 36-48 hours before it is washed and left to dry for two weeks on raised beds. The result is a bright, layered, sweet cup.
