Then, we match you with options you’ll love—recommending specific coffees based on what you like or would like to try. Whether you’re a stickler for consistency or an adventurist who likes to mix it up, we’ll help you discover coffees that bring out the best in your mornings, afternoons, and every moment in between.

When you take our quiz, our experts will match you with a personalized coffee queue based on your taste preferences. From fruity light roasts to balanced dark roasts, we'll keep suggesting coffees that fit your tastes.

Or, if you already know what you want, you can choose from our curated subscription plans. We'll deliver a rotating selection of fresh coffee based on the theme you've selected, like Best Sellers or Single Origins.

For all of our subscriptions, you can easily customize, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, and you can always adjust your preferences in your account.

To start a subscription, you’ll take a short quiz to let us know about your coffee preferences. From there, we’ll match you with your first coffee, place your first order automatically, and one of our roaster partners will begin preparing your coffee. Once roasted, your coffee is shipped within 48 hours via USPS Ground Advantage. We'll send an email with a tracking link so you can follow along every step of the way. For each order from there, we will prepare a different coffee based on your preferences. If you’d like to swap to a specific coffee, or if you’d like to repeat a previous delivery, you can do so using your subscription dashboard.

This almost never happens, but our First-Bag Guarantee has you covered just in case! If you’re not completely satisfied with your first delivery for any reason, we’ll send a new bag right away. Just contact us within one week of receiving your first order so we can make it right.

On the My Subscription tab of your account dashboard, you can edit your taste preferences, frequency and quantity anytime.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS. We are able to ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska & Hawaii.At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Canada, or internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
