    Excellent!

    I'm not a coffee connoisseur, so I don't know the right language to properly praise this coffee. I can say, though, that there is a solid beginning, middle, and end to the flavor, and none of it disappoints.

    I should also add that I brewed this coffee both before a routine cleaning of my machine and immediately afterward. It was good before, but amazing after. I think these beans can easily be misjudged if your machine is adding unintended flavors to the espresso.

    I've had a lot of good beans from Trade Coffee, but this is the first one I absolutely had to order again.

    Smooth and flavorful. I use this coffee in my espresso machine and produce the most delicious cup of coffee and cappuccino ever. The flavor notes are superior to any coffee I've consumed. I'm a true coffee snob and this breaks through as the best of the best!
