    Balanced and Bright

    This is my third bag of coffee recommended for my tea preferences of light-medium roast by Trade. Not only was it roasted and sent out to me in record timing, the quality is fragrant, chocolate nutty with a little citrus note as described. So far, I think this is my favorite that trade has recommended me.

    Just the coffee I look for!

    With chocolate and nutty notes, Costa Rica Tarrazu hits the perfect sweet spot for me. It has flavor complexity in the "Maillard" direction but remains a light-medium roast. It has plenty of flavor without the sourness that some fruity coffee tends to have for me. Adding to favorites.
