Funky & Fruity

This naturally processed coffee is punchy yet balanced. We taste plenty of blueberries with loud jasmine aromatics and a lovely plum note.

Light roast

Understanding roast levels

Roast level affects both flavor and body. Here's what to expect from each.

Light

Best for: those that prize delicate flavors and a tea-like feel above intensity.

Light-Medium

Best for: those that enjoy juicy acidity and gently caramelized sugars.

Medium

Best for: those that enjoy balance and classic flavors like cocoa and nuts.

Medium-Dark

Best for: those looking for classic coffee flavors with a kiss of roast.

Dark

Best for: those that love intense, smoky flavor and a full body above all else.

Trade Tip

Roasters don’t always agree on roast level — one roaster’s dark might look the same as another’s medium. We taste and assign every coffee our own roast level, so your matches stay consistent no matter who roasted them.

    The best

This is one of the best coffees I’ve had in a very long time. The bag hasn’t marked as a down the middle between wild and traditional, but I would say it’s more on the Ethiopian high elevation taste like fruit side. I wish I would find more coffees just like this one.

I just finished this bag and liked it enough to seek out a review. Delicious coffee that had me drinking it black (no milk, a rarity for me...). I wish i was more verbose. It seemed "juicier" than most coffee. Easy to drink with a delicious smell to the grind.
