    An Amazingly Good Blend!

    I typically only buy single-source beans, but I’m so glad I’ve purchased these (a few times now!). The flavor notes given by the roaster match my experience fairly well — a nutty caramel on the intake, a bit jammy toward the back of the mouth, and a maple finish.

    I do a medium grind in a V60 pour-over at 200f, and then drink it over ice. This is a stellar breakfast coffee with enough complexity and breakfast-type flavor notes that it is an interesting and complex compliment most any meal. I could also see this being a great starting place for people getting into great coffee — not because it is lesser, but because it is just so friendly and round.
