    Complex and berry

    I love this coffee, and it is the first bag I’ve had from this roaster. It’s a glorious light roast, with fragrant blueberry that emerges in the grounds and a coffee cools. Interestingly, I also got

    notes of cooked tomato. I will definitely get this bag again. It would be interested to try others from this roaster..

    Subtle, warm, nice florals

    I don't usually go for floral type flavor profiles on coffees. I ordered this one because Ethiopian coffees are usually great, and this was no exception. I still say I'd prefer a fruitier blend, but this feels like a great winter coffee. It has some warmth, some hints of florals and fruity, but still a good coffee flavor. The flavors don't get lost as an espresso, which is a problem I often have with the floral types. I enjoy this, might order it again even!

    When in the mood for some round and fruity cup!

    This coffee offers what most of us look for when we're in the mood for a complex yet fruity cup of coffee. Sometimes all we need is a cup of coffee that can be taken seriously, but that at the same time it begs to be drank unpretentiously.

    Notes of cherry and mocha, perfect for pour over and even a light espresso to be mixed with milk.
