Sightglass Coffee began in 2009 with a simple idea: coffee can be both art and connection. Their name comes from the sightglass, a small window on the coffee roasting machine that they say keeps them connected to the craft. They work closely with growers who share their values, then roast in small batches so what you taste is care, precision, and the art of coffee at its best.
