Envisioned as a place for local creatives to meet and collaborate, Sparrows has always put people first. Roasting came next, when in 2016 Sparrows Coffee introduced its very own specialty line to its welcoming café, which features curated work from community artists.
Fun Fact
Sparrows’ “icon” image is two pods by artist and friend Jeff Kraus, who was once a shop regular. He originally painted them in 2016 as a 30-foot mural on the side of Sparrows’ building.

    Nice clean flavor

    Really enjoy this as espresso both in an americano or with milk. The fruity notes are bright and the roast is light enough to let the flavors shine. This is going in the regular rotation.

    Sweet with caramel/toffee notes

    Really tasty coffee. The tasting notes were spot on here. Sweet with caramel/toffee notes and some nuttiness. Good body which made it feel quite versatile. This was great for my afternoon americano or even with milk as a cortado. Will get this again.
