Driven by a desire to create an inclusive gathering place for rural Oregonians, founders Cody and Kristina opened Cerberus café in Jacksonville, Oregon in 2019. Within the first year, the team began small-batch roasting to extend their warm community reach even further.
Fun Fact
Cerberus got its name because the shop’s 130lb lab/mastiff mix, Bear, looks like the three-headed dog from Greek mythology.

    Full Body, Fruity Finish

    I am typically a fan of fruit-forward single-origin coffee, but this blend is fantastic! It is still very fruit forward, but the body is much fuller because it is blended with earthier coffees. I highly recommend to someone who wants a coffee that is easy to drink with a smooth fruity finish!
