    Pretty pretty good

    This coffee is delicious. Good fragrance, good high quality, middle of the road flavor.

    The only reason I can't give it more stars is that the other coffees I've gotten from Trade have been more exceptional. This one is really good, but not exceptional. Not too acidic, not too anything. It kind of reminds me of a nicer version of my fallback daily espresso brand which is Pilon. Hopefully the roasters of this coffee won't take offense for me using the word Pilon.

    Coffee that makes you dance.

    When I say this coffee had both of us say "wow" on a first sip is an understatement. A lovely dark roast with robust flavor, it was a pleasure a to drink this cup instead of feeling like it was a necessity.

    Really strong flavor

    Ｉmade a pour over from this beans, it’s way too strong for me. But it matches well with milk, when you make latte.
