Fun Fact
This roaster is named after the book Dune, because the greatest Science Fiction novel of all time deserved its own coffee company.

    One of my favorites

    I really enjoy this one. It has a very smooth flavor. The chocolate with just a hint of cinammon is spot on. I find these to be quite forgiving for an amateur like myself. I've made some changes dialing things in, but it's tasted very good every time.

    Full flavored, no bitterness

    I mostly enjoy drinking a rotating selection of coffees ranging from light to dark roasts with a bias towards med to dark. Right now I have 10-12 selections in my rotation, and I typically don’t repeat ordering the same one.

    However,the Dune Santarossa is the exception to my usual pattern of not repeating. The reason why is that it’s very smooth, yet full flavored, some chocolate. Very satisfying dark roast with no bitterness.

    Highly recommended!

    It was love at first sniff!

    From the moment we opened the bag we knew it was a good fit! Great full bodied and flavorful cup. Even my finicky husband likes it. Two thumbs up!

    Great coffee!

    I generally like darker roasts while my husband prefers lighter, more acidic roasts. This hits the middle ground for us and we both like to drink it.

    One of my favorites so far!

    I'm not great at explaining how coffees taste to me so I won't even try but this was a well balanced bean for my palate. I did an 18G dose for my espresso at 195 degrees into some simple syrup and then poured it over milk. Very tasty!
