    Household Favorite

    One of our absolute favorite coffees from Trade, and this roaster in particular has delivered several of the coffees that make us say "What was that? Let's get another bag!" This one is smooth and balanced, with a deep coffee flavor that never reads bitter. I tend to sip my coffee over a longer time, so the cup cools from blazing hot to room temperature, and Theo Blend stays lovely through that entire transition, maintaining a really good flavor profile. I wish this roaster made it available in the 2lb bulk bag size; I would absolutely stock up.
