Can I adjust my coffee subscription once I set it?
Sure thing. Whether you set a monthly coffee subscription and want to adjust the frequency to just a few weeks, are toying with a new brewing method, want to switch to whole coffee beans, or need to revise your payment method, it’s easy to change your settings. Just go the second icon from the right at the top of your homepage and select “My Orders” from the dropdown. Under the “Subscription” section hit “Manage” and modify your preferences as needed. Can I pause my coffee subscription?
Once again, yes! Click the Trade logo in the upper left corner to return to the Home Page. Once you have an active subscription you will see your up next order date listed beneath the "My Subscription" tab. Click "Change order date" to pause your next order. You can choose to delay your next subscription order by up to six weeks. This is a great option if you’re going out of town for a while or just overstocked on coffee beans. We sure do! Whether it’s a new favorite or not your bag, rating it after tasting your coffee is the best way to let us know, so we can continue to send you coffees you love. On your homepage, select “Rate” to view all of your coffee. Choose thumbs up or thumbs down to tell us if you liked it or not and improve our future picks so we can keep sending great tasting coffee.

Easy! In that case, they just need to log into their Trade account and redeem their gift card code. Once that code is redeemed, their gift will apply to their regular coffee subscription orders.

Great question! We can confirm that the coffee is 100% coffee beans and contains absolutely no nuts or any other added ingredients. The roasters' notes on the bags are actually tasting notes that roasters have discovered while roasting the coffee. Similar to when sommeliers choose tasting notes for wine, the flavor notes listed on the bags of coffee are not contained in the coffee but rather what roasters are tasting when they sip it!
