The Catiope coffee variety–a Colombian cross of Caturra with an Ethiopian variety–is still really new, and we're pretty excited about it. This naturally processed example tastes like fresh berries, dense raisin, with sweet mint note that reminds us of those little rectangular mint chocolates.
