    Roaster’s Notes
Sounds good, thanks! I'll get bags for photos out today! Here's the short descriptions for the newbies and updated tekton... DRUPE (fna Red) Taste notes: cherry, plum, berry, apple, nectar, wine, lush body Description: Named after the botanical term for stone fruit, Drupe conveys the flavor and aroma of the fruit that surrounds the coffee seed. This blend features a natural process coffee to achieve the fruity flavor of the coffee cherry. LINEAR (fna Blue) Taste Notes: dark chocolate, caramel, heavy body, dried fruit Description: We use this rich, sweet coffee to make our in-house cold brew. While it’s great over ice, Linear also delivers smooth sweetness when brewed hot. The straight-ahead character of Linear makes it a great standby. Tekton (fna Tekton) Taste Notes: brown sugar, citrus, florals, stone fruit, chocolate Description: A tektōn is an artisan or builder. This foundational blend presents balance as a quality that isn’t boring, but instead features supporting amounts of sweetness and acidity. Just as in our coffees, we seek balance between enduring business practices and support for our community. $1 per pound of Tektōn sold goes to local charities in the St. Louis area.
