    Roaster’s Notes
This coffee comes to us from the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala. It’s a shade-grown coffee harvested and brought to the mill before being sundried and placed on “guardiolas” or coffee driers. It’s then separated by color using a fancy computer and then separated by size mechanically. Look for mild citrus and berry flavors, followed by a sweet, sugary finish. Give it to your aunt Barbara or your nephew Nate with the stick-and-poke tattoos.
