    Medium roast that tastes like a super dark roast.

    The coffee looks like a medium roast, but tastes like it’s very darkly roasted. Very bitter and astringent, no matter what ratio and shot time I pull. As straight espresso, I can’t even drink it. It’s fine as an americano with sugar, or a latte, but it is the most roasty tasting medium roast I’ve ever had. I would not recommend to those who like medium or light roasts.
