How to Make An Irish Cold Brew Martini
We at Trade partnered with the Educated Barfly to bring you this incredibly delicious double twist on a classic espresso martini.
Irish Cold Brew Martini Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz (60ml) Slane or other Irish Whiskey
- .5oz (15ml) Coffee Liqueur
- 1oz (30ml) Cold Brew
- .5oz (15ml) Orgeat
- Coffee beans for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Orgeat, whiskey, and cold brew. Add ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans. Serve or drink immediately.
Notes:
While we're using Alma Coffee's Ember Dark Roast to make the cold brew here, any somewhat strong-tasting coffee that tends toward nutty, chocolatey, or toasty flavors will also work. If you prefer a different flavor profile though, you can use any coffee beans for cold brew from your Trade subscription to make the cold brew concentrate.
