Los Angeles-based bartender Bad Birdy has been known to light up an Instagram feed or two (… or a couple of thousand!) with explosive recipes infused with fire, smoke, and liquid nitrogen. But there’s nothing scary about the the Evil Twin Negroni. This coffee-spiked cocktail features just five ingredients, for a sinisterly simple recipe that will carry you through the weekend.

Ingredients:

• 3 oz campari
• 4 - 5 dark roast coffee beans
• 1.5 oz Sipsmith London Dry Style Gin
• .75 oz sweet vermouth blend
• Lemon oils

Instructions:

1. Combine coffee beans and campari and leave overnight to steep
2. Add .75 ounces of coffee bean-infused campari, remaining ingredients, and ice to a mixing glass
3. Stir to combine
